This poster was printed around the time of the film “Barbella” in 1968. This poster was created to promote the 1968 science fiction film Barbarella, directed by Roger Vadim and starring Jane Fonda. The film is based on the French comic book series of the same name by Jean-Claude Forest. Barbarella, in a pose reminiscent of the film's campy and sexualized tone.
