This poster is for the 1941 American mystery film “Murder by Invitation”. The movie stars Wallace Ford and Marian Marsh and was directed by Phil Rosen. The plot revolves around a man named Don, who invited his ex-wife and her new husband, along with others who have winged him to his mansion for the weekend. At the gathering he announces his intention to kill one of them before midnight, setting off a series of suspenseful events and murder attempts.
